Bishop Seabury Anglican Church is a community of Christ followers who seek to know Jesus and make Him known. Our vision is to be the visible presence of God’s hope and healing for our community by glorifying God through reverent and joyful worship, and transforming lives through the faithful proclamation of God’s Word. As a fellowship of believers, we share and celebrate 140 years of worship in Southeastern Connecticut. Bishop Seabury Anglican Church is a parish of the Convocation of Anglicans in North America (CANA), Diocese of the East. CANA offers an authentic connection to the Anglican Communion through the Church of Nigeria and full membership in the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA).

The Bishop Seabury family at Synod 2019.
It is with much sadness, but in the hope and promise of eternal life, that we share the news that Richard "Dick" Harrison has gone home to be with Jesus. Dick was a longtime member of Bishop Seabury Church. His service, dedication, and caring spirit will be greatly missed. Calling hours will be on Friday, May 24, 2019, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Byles Funeral Home, Groton. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 25 at 1:00 p.m. at Bishop Seabury Anglican Church. Burial will be immediately after the service. A reception will be held in the fellowship hall after the burial. A full obituary will be published in The Day newspaper over the weekend and will be posted on the Byles webpage http://www.byles.com/

He lived with eternity in mind. This past Saturday, Robert "Bob" Davies went home to be with the Lord. Bob was a longtime member of Bishop Seabury Church. We will miss his joyfulness, smiling face, and faithful spirit. The funeral will be on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Bishop Seabury Anglican Church.
